- I will get to know you and your individual needs so that together we can find you a great home.
- I will arrange for and accompany you to property viewings for homes that interest you.
- I walk you through each home’s disclosures and reports and provide you with the latest market data to help you decide on a competitive offer price.
- I will help you write your offer and make it most compelling. If you don’t have your first offer accepted, rest assured I will be there to work together with you and to cheer you on until you do.
- Once we are in contract, I will guide you through the escrow timeline and assist with preparations for you to move into your new home.
- I will be by your side at the escrow signing to answer any questions that may arise.
- I will continue to check in after the close of escrow to be able to assist you with the ongoing transition into your new home.
